what is the genuine price at following layouts PoornaPrajna Nagar, Bharath HBCS 4th satge, BDA 5th stage.

Broker prices here are too high which i can say double the actual.

i still feel the rates quoted by borkers are just double the actual. i had been to society office and they say the rates in Bharath 4 th stage is just around 1500 or 1600 .. but if u speak to any of the borkers they tell not less than 2600 rs.
is there any genuine sellers in the forum ????
