Need to know rates in Hegde Nagar

Can anyone tell me what is the current asking price per sq ft in Hegde nagar near Jakkur.
from last 3 months, they have increased rates like crazy.. telecom layout is quoted around 2600/- sqft, hedge nagar is around 2000-3500 depending on location, road and proximity to Manyata..
It is already showing signs of touching 4000 in some months, if demand/enquiries picks up..I dont see a reason in paying so much for this area. so, you have to check out, what were the rates for last 5-10 deals to know the real price..
