Just spoke to them at 93412-27598 - still quoting Rs. 1000 /sft.
I can't imagine how he expects buyers at 1000 when Pragati layout across the street is much much less; also V'nagar 4th stage is also less than his price.
Am I missing something here?

Dont know if 1000/- is justified today, but they are also promising amenities of a very high standard...just look at samples of the same (which they have developed in one part of the project) at http://www.assetshoppe.com/BulletinBoard.htm
One thumb rule which I've noticed in plotted developments - you can enter early at a very low cost, wait for long time and feel happy, but if you are not ready to wait and want to finalise on a project 'near completion' or 'already completed', you have to pay a premium. The developer would obviously like to sell some parts at lower prices and some at higher!
