Mysore IT Park HBCS Ltd Phase 1

Hello All,

Recently me and few of my friends booked a 30*40 site at Mysore IT park Housing Building Co-Operative Society which is around 12 km away from Mysore City centre towards Hunsur Road ( Adjacent to Nityananda Sagara Layout), Huyilalu.
These layout is coordinated by SILICON INFRA REALITIES PVT LTD and will be developed by SAHA developers
Also its been mentioned that this will be a MUDA approved layout.

Wanted to know if anyone else have purchased or have idea on growth & development of these areas in future as this bit interior of around 2 km from Hunsur road near Huyilalu.
