Hi all ,

Does anyone have any information regarding Brahmmananda sagar layout Mysore .This layout is said to be developed by Karnataka telecom employees cooperative society.I had paid around 6.5 lacs in 2007 and still awating the site registration .Whenever I contact the society ,they say registration would be completed in 3 months and I have been hearing this from past 2 years.If someone has any information regarding the layout status kindly inform .

I believe there is some litigation on this layout.

Nothing to worry, the Telecom Dept will sort all out.

I recently visited Kuberanandasaagar & its almost complete.Was happy to see but only thing it will take a long long time for the allotment coz of all these management quotas etc.

Worth the wait. ESS & ESS developers have done a good job!!

surprised that the private developers in Mysore are able to form layouts much faster than the so called societies.

The lock in period for money is much shorter, so your overall ROI is muh better,

So why would one want to lock up their ,money with societies for 6 years or so and struggle this way ???

Kuberananda Sagar is no less.
My first instalment was in 2006, so its taken them 6+ years too.
And, S&S is a developer, but these layouts are for Telecom Society.
