hi, Has any of you bought sites in pragathinagar in mysore, which is developed by Pragathi Associates situated on cunningham road in Bangalore?
They have started asking for maintenance fees which was not agreed earlier at time of buying sies (phase 2 is delayed due to MUDA,. and 30*50 sites are not released is what I hear.
Anyone who can throw light basedon your experience, helps.
