Can anyone please give me the address and the person the RTI application for MUDA is to be sent for. I have already send 2 letters asking for a refund and also visited once when i was told the officer in charge is not there.
I want to try the RTI route to get my queries answered.

send a request mail to the MUDA Commissioner (email ID's given below) along with all the necessary details listed below.
You will get your deposit back in 2 weeks time, directly to your bank account and an acknowledgement mail for the same.
Me and couple of my friends got our Deposits back 3 years back(mid of 2013).

the first time it was fwd from from dcmys-ka@nic.in to mudamysore@gmail.com next day with me in the cc
