Nithyananda Sagara telecom Lay out Mysore

I have invested in Nithyananda Sagara, and Paid all the Installments including additional 50 rs as increased development cost. Any body has any idea about the registration status of the same?. Since last 4 years they are telling one otrthe other reason of Meeting with MUDA etc. Now we are planning to dispose it by returning the Membership.
