Dear all,
I want to know the ongoing rate at Ferns Aspen heights. It is located near Devanahalli. Also I wanted to know if it is BIAPPA approved ?
There is one more project near Aspen heights, called Prodevmco Flamingo. I want to know the below details
1. Are the developers reliable?
2. Is the project BIAPPA approved
3. Any legal issues
4. Ongoing price ?
5. Are all the facilities promised by the developer provided ?
