I have a site purchased from CitySquare (formerly Happy Homes). The site is not approved by BIAAPA. Is there any one in this form who has site in Maharaja Enclave. If so, please let me know. Also wanted to check if the company is closed (it appears so) what will happy to the approval. How to sell, etc.

Happy homes known to be no.1 cheater.They change the company name just like that and cheat people.If they closed the company then you are on your own.You need to form a society, try to get the original documents and get the approvals done.some one has to initiative to complete this and you need lot of funds for this.
