The builder will build the facilities like club house only after 60% occupancy. Not sure how long will take for 60% occupancy and when they will provide all facilities but the per sq. ft. rate include to construct such facilities. It is worth check what facilities are available and when they will be providing facilities.

I have not faced any problem with the builder and to my knowledge I have not heard any issues with the builder. Regarding litigations, you need to take legal opinion for your survey number.

Any of you heard any notifications from BDA/BMRDA to Upkar springfields layout like it happened to Vakil whispering woods recently?

What happened to Vakil whispering woods?. Even I was planing to buy a pot in Upkar springfields or Vakil whispering woods. I thought Vakil whispering woods better because of the quality. Is there any problem with this layout?

I have purchased a plot in both Upkar Spring field(6 months ago) and Upkar Solitaire(2 months ago), had Legal opinion and its clear.
Upkar Spring field - 1400Rs/Sqft.
Upkar Solitaire - 1725Rs/Sqft and going to start construction this month.
