Please share what is the approach the Gated Community Maintenane Charges need to be calculated. Incase of Gated Layout people have various plot size and various size of built up area, In this case does it make sense of calculating Flat Maintenance Fee irrespective of the plot size or it should be charged based on the build-up area. The following are the most common way of calculating the maintenance fee. If you are living in a gated layout, please share how your maintenance is calculated.
