Hello,

We are new to Bangalore and had a visit to Padmavathi Paradise layout in Ballur village , Attibelle promoted by Columbia Developers. They say the layout is approved by BMRDA (APA) and approval number is APA/LAO/42/2008-09.

It is 100 mtrs away from Attibelle-Roykota road (SH -85) and on Ballur road. It is around 4 kms from attibelle junction ( NH7) and 3 kms from the STR road. NRI center city is 1/2 km away from this layout.

The layout looks OK but we are concerned about the pollution as it is being surrounded by Ashok leyland phase 1 , TVS factory and SIPCOT phase 1.. I see some posts regarding pollution around Jigani, Anekal and I also I saw articles about residents protest against ground water pollution - Hosur in HINDU news paper..

It would be great if throw some light on this
1. Pollution around Ballur village
2. Any reviews on Columbia developers http://www.columbiadevelopers.co.in/
3. Anyone bought a plot in this layout
4. Will it be a good investment

Thanks,
Radha.

I had seen these newspaper reports but were these not near to bommsandra industrial area close to Biocon and Biocon Syngene? I think the area you are talking about is much further?
