Hi All,

Some agent has showed us "White Rose Layout" in whitefield. There is a lane opp to Savannah sarovar hotel and beside cafe day. And the layout is close to MIMS Springdale II . When I googled it , i found that this layout is earlier called as Prestige White rose layout, but now they call as White rose layout.

Appreciate if anyone could provide more info on this. I have few below queries.

- Why is it changed from Prestige to normal. Is it really a prestige property or just the name
- Does this layout has any legal issues , as i couldnt see not even a single house construced/ under construction in layout

they are quoting 3200 per sqft now. Not sure whether its worth here or not.

As I liked the place and location, I am interested to know more info about this layout. Please help me if any one has more info on it.

I bought a site in this layout. I got loan on the site as well with ICICI bank.

I think it s a resonable price 'cos I've seen some other post in the Commonfloor.com quoting 4200. And after a long search I found a site with A Khatha where larger banks are giving loans .

Try to grab it ASAP.
