Can any one confirm if SLN City (from MLA Krishnappa) project near Magadi road is a BMRDA approved project? If it is indeed BMRDA approved project how do I verify it? This project appears to fall under Magadi Planning Authority (MPA) and they probably have given approval for this project. Is getting approval from MPA same as getting approval from BMRDA? Also what is difference between BMRDA approved and "executed per BMRDA norms"? Anyone with some knowledge regarding this, please clarify.

1200/- per square feet ?? I don think the price is so high there.. It was around 750/- couple of months back.. any news around this which inflated the price at SLN city ?

I am told that the dimensions of sites are in metres. e.g. a 30'x40' site
my be 9x12 m = 108 sqm x 10.76 sqm = ? sqft.

Nowadays, the plots are measured in meters instead of feet. May be thats the new rule.
So, 9m x 12m is equivalent to 29' 6'' x 39' 4'' (in feet' inches'').
the total will come up to 1163 sq ft.

Yes, I have been allocated a site thru Vijaya Welfare Society in 2010 but not yet registered. What about you? Where is your site? Mine is Doddamaranahalli - block 8.
