Celebrity Golden Treasure layout near EC

I have seen the layout in Jigni - Celebrity Galaxy. The same layout could be approached from Upkar Meadows as well.
The layout is good, well developed with. Phase1 is completed, 2nd one is running. 4th Phase is almost sold out, 3rd phase has not opened yet.
Since they have the contract with the builder there are so many houses with the same theme, which makes this layout more beautiful.

I am little confused. Not sure whether its a good option to go for it or not comparing with RK Township.
Do anyone have any idea about this....
