Berlinton Township - BMRDA pending

Hi,

Anyone stepped across this Berlinton Township or purchased any plots.
Marketing agents say it is BMRDA Approval pending (expected in 1 month or so), presently DC converted and Grampanchayat approved, however
in Sale agreement, they're having a clause, 'if the BMRDA approval does not go through', then buyer can cancel the booking
and the agreement amount will be refunded. I know if BMRDA does not come through, i need hang behind them for money, but they have office in indranagar,
and seems good. Is it a calculated risk to go ahead (or) ridiculous one ? Need your experience.

Already got save by this forum by buying "Om Balaji Jasmines", which is a fake one, with similar approach

Also it is only 8+ acres (phase 1), will it go through BMRDA approval ? What is the minimum size required for BMRDA approval.
I remember it is 10 acres or so ? Is it right ?

There are many BMRDA approved layouts around bangalore and if the developer is genuine and honest in developing the layout the approval should not be an issue.


I would suggest to wait until the approval is done and they give u the Number. You can check the Approval Number on the BMRDA site and then go ahead.


Alternately u can visit the BMRDA office ( In your Case I think it will be Hoskote Planning Authority) and ask them if this particular is under progress and how much time it may take.?

Thanks folks. Any expert comment on minimum size required for BMRDA layout size.
As suggested I will get their application number and enquire in BMRDA office.

How do we know which BMRDA office to enquire ? Any suggestions

BMRDA has its seprate planning authority like
Nelamangala planning authority,Hosakote planning authority, BIAPPA, Kanakapura planning authority, Anekal planning authority and magadi planning authority, each planning authority has seprate websites and jurisdriction details & others
check in detail.
