Info needed on Net City, Sarjapur-Attibele Road

Dear all,

I'm looking for a BMRDA approved site somewhere near Sarjapur with a sole intention of investment. Last week one of the real estate guy took me to Net City on Sarjapur Attibele road and told that this area has a huge potential to develop due to all the upcoming projects like Infosys new campus, Wipro New Campus, Confident villas, Shriram etc.. etc.. and there are very less number of sites available in the layout.

Looking at the Net City layout, I see only wild bushes everywhere and there is hardly any development seen. The layout does not even have a proper road with just a few sporadic houses here and there.. He is quoting 800 per sqft..

Is this a good option to buy?? Your inputs / thoughts are greatly appreciated...
