Prashanti Group and Other Projects in Jigani/Anekal

Hi,

I am looking at a project in Jigani/Anekal called Prashanti Brindavan (Quoted Price: 750 ... might come down slightly). This is 8kms from the Chandapura Junction and in total about 12-14kms from Electronic City. I have seen all their projects and it does look like they maintain the projects quite well. They already have completed projects called Prashanti Central and Prashanti Grand Villa.

Can any of you share feedback on the group and completed projects? Anything that I need to be wary off (other than of course validating all the documents)? Is that a good rate?

700 is the prevailing rates that side now.if all is well - dnt wait too long jus buy it and get rid of the damn investment head ache - lol
