Price range in BSK 6th stage IX block

What is the current price range for a BDA site of 50x80 ft site in 6th stage IX block?
Sir ,
On 100 feet road for 50*80 it is in range of 5000 to 5500. And on 40 feet road is in the range of 3500 to 4000. It depends on road width, plot facing and how close it is to nice road.
