I know that Sites measurement in BSK 6th Stage are like 18 x 12 in Meters. which will not be exactly 60 x 40 in Sq Ft.

You are right. As per BDA records, the site measurement is 18x12 Mtrs and which is not exactly 60'x40' Sq.Ft, But for some of the sites
BDA has been generous to mark site boundary stone which are almost 60'x40' Sq.ft. in size. Our site measurement is also nearly 60'x40
in size.

However, our price quote is for the total measurement of the site as per the records and AS IT IS basis and its not on Sq.Ft. basis.
