I was looking to invest in 4th B block for residential purpose, but some of the brokers are informing me that there is a plan to build crematorium in 4th block and one of the agent showed me a plan (not sure of authenticity) where there was a area marked for this. This marked area was quite close to 4th B block. Does any body in the forum know if this is really true?

THe crematorium is coming up at 4th H Block and somewhere in 4th block or 7th block...area is marked for that .. there was a clarification recently on this from BDA in a court.. saw it in TOI sometime in the last 10-15 days.. do not exactly remember...

4th B Block is no issues. You can go and buy without any problem

Can someone provide the exact location of crematorium planned in BSK 6th Stage? I tried to gather this information but don't have any clue as to where exactly it is coming up. Appreciate if someone can point it on map.
