I am in the process of finalizing a deal to buy a 30x40 site in BSK 5th stage BDA layout. Can anyone let me know the current prevailing rate in that area? Broker is quoting 4500 per sq ft for both north and east facing which seems to be high considering well developed layouts in the vicinity are charging the same. I appreciate your response. Thanks!

in the latest auction notification by BDA for BSK 5th Stage layout site minimum bid price is shown as 39000/sqmtr which roughly corresponds to 3630/sft. in earlier auctions also over last year or so they have maintained the same rate.
