can anyone please shed some light on bsk 6th stage 2nd block near to 80 ft road ( opp to nisarga building ). Please provide your comments.
Also please let me know current running price. Brokers are telling 3500/sqft . Please let me know is this is price quoted is correct?

Rs 3000 - 3500 is the going price in that area. The closer to 80ft road, the higher the price. As always, negotiate the price with the owners, and not with brokers.
