Hi all,
My friend's father has 30x40 west facing site in Pavamanapura layout1 near Raghavendra Swamy temple.
He is the first direct allottee. The site is converted to BBMP A khata from Gram-panchayat also.
He wants to sell the plot. Current guidance value is Rs. 2000.
Are there any houses built in PavamanaPura layout now recently?
What is the price he can expect if he wants to sell now?
