Need advice for buying BDA plot in BSK 6th stage/Thanisandra

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a BDA plot in BSK 6th stage, I have visited some sites in BDA employees layout in 6th stage 4th Block and I have liked them.

My only concern is how worth is to invest in that area keeping in mind all the basic amenities like school, college or any IT park in future. I know there are already schools and colleges around but is it really worth??

I had seen a broker and they were quoting price of RS 4500 /sg ft.

The reason I'm posting this is, some of my friends are advising me to buy land near the airport like thanisandra,Amruthalli,etc where there will be good connectivity for IT park. My budget is around 3500 to 4200 for sq ft, do I get any BDA plots in these areas? or any BBMP A Khata? Do let me know
