URGENT .. Property TAX online not working !!!

Hi

I am trying to pay the property tax for BDA site in BSK VI stage via http://ops.bdabangalore.org/bdaops/HOME.aspx
I am able to retrieve the site information and go to tax details screen which has the "SUBMIT" button. But if I press SUBMIT I get a page full of junk characters.
I am using Windows 7 IE9 and checked with other browsers. All are same.

Has anyone had this issue. I am outside India and I can only pay via online.
Please let me know the browser settings if its is working for you.

I paid my property tax online a few days ago. I just tried to open the site and was able to proceed till payment screen. Try after sometime and by the way, use chrome or firefox browser.

i have a different issue. I recently bought a site in BEML layout. The owner/property details are not getting populated in the screen. Not sure why details are not there in BDA system. Even the old owner details are not there.

Unfortunately there is some issue in the site. Even I see junk characters when I proceed to submit the payment. You can wait and try after few days and hope for the best.
On the other side, even if it doesn't work, you don't have to panic as you can pay it anytime (a penalty of 5% may be levied on the outstanding tax amount from the due date).

Also, I didn't see any email id to complain. Only possible way I guess is to send feedback via the link

I too had the same impression but then googled it to find an alternative site. Please use the following site that works:
http://1113.sasbbmp.com/Forms/frm_Onlin ... nPage.aspx

Then click on the Assessment year link to proceed further.

Hi Nag,

The url you have given is for BBMP tax payment. We need url for BDA property tax payment.
I checked with 'Bangalore one'. They are not accepting it.
I have 2 questions:
1) Are there any place (online or offline) where I can pay the property tax?
1) Is there discount if I pay within April? Or will there be penalty if I pay After April
