Yes It's there in multiple patches. But the patch that I have marked contains only 30x40(9x12 meters) sites. Where as other patches are having 20x30 only I guess.

I'm looking for 30*40 or 40*60 E or N facing site in Banashankari 6th stage 2nd,3rd or 4th block from direct owners. Brokers will not be entertained. Please message me if any direct owners are willing to sell.

I recently visited the the place I am also disappointed and helpless to see that waste debris is dumped covering the rain water drain if u want some contact Mr suresh tel no 9342195268 he is residing there

What is the current price in this block for a NF 30*40 site? This site is near Karishma Farm. How is the growth prospects in this area? Will there be a direct approach road from kanakapura road? Then there is a small patch of slum. Is this illegal occupation? Please let me know.

Hi Guys,
Most if the Extension blocks in BSK 6th Stage 4th block have mere or no basic amenities like road and drainage. Most of the sites are covered with constructions debris.
It would be good if site owners group together and approach BDA to put back the things in place.

Hi ! I too own a site @ BSK 6th Stage 4th H block, Recently I had been to the layout,
BDA has put mud roads now, and I have checked with BDA Engineer pertaining to this particular Block regarding
Providing other basic facilities like Tar & Drainage,
He replied ( I called him about 10 times) saying this within next 1 year by max
Drainage, Water lines & Tar road will be finished, So that all aspirant owner can start building their dream house,

and Progress is visible I visited on 25th August, and layout looks much cleaner than It was before.

own a site in 4th.H Block,Further extension BSK 6th stage.had come to know that some sites have been de-notified & despite seeking info. thro' RTI,no info. has been forthcoming from BDA-can anyone throw some light on the matter. Thanx.
