BSK 6th Stage 3rd Block

I keep reading that there is no new home construction or development (amenities) coming up in 3rd block, but rest of the blocks seem to be experiencing some decent construction work. Any specific reason for this? I am looking to purchase a plot and there are few offers from 3rd block. Should I consider 3rd block or not? Please post any information.

i have a site in 3rd block. I am in touch with 2 more persons who are ready to start construction after Ugadhi 2012 that is in april 2012. we will start constriction in a month time.

3rd block is the best, i believe, reason is close to nature and good view.

3rd block there are no homes because there is no existing village

In my view, 3rd, 5th and 8th are equally good and the best. Of these, more than 3rd, some parts of 5th are at an elevation and offer beautiful views of the surroundings. 8th block is more serene. I am told, 3rd block is the largest of all and 8th block has around 800 odd sites, most of these are 40x60.

Had been to the layout and good to see construction activity of Vijaya college in 4th block at a brisk pace. RV school in 8th block is coming up very fast. With these projects getting completed, one can foresee rapid developments in the layout and at the same time disappointing for genuine buyers like me as the rates would increase!

happening in 3rd block near cement brick factory :
we completed 2nd floor.
2 more houses got completed near our house.
1 more house ground floor complete.
1 new borewell was drilled last week....its progressing but slowly...

Any idea on the current price? is it livable? is it near to new iskon or anything like that?
