Hi All,
We have bought two 20*30 plots (side by side)in Confident Whitefield Oberon(BDA approved). Both plots are registered under single sale deed.
We are planning to construct a house in both plots. We got to know that we have to take two separate Katha's.
1) Can anyone please suggest us whether we have to take two separate Katha's or one club katha?
2) If we take two separate katha's, will there be a problem for house plan approval ?
Appreciate any pointers on this regard.

You will get one khata since both the sites are in the same saledeed.

Congrats on purchase of your site.
But I doubt u will get BDA khatha !
Since layout is from Private Vendor, You will not get BDA khatah.
Either your may get BBMP Khatha if plot is approved by BBMP else you may get Ekhatha .
Just because of BDA NOC doesn't mean its BDA plot.
Just a suggestion Kindly confirm .

You can get BDA khata thru amalgamation, i also have bda site in same area n have done it thru bda hsr which is authority of esst division, call me 9620055906 for more details
