I've seen a BDA approved plot in Nagadevanahalli, Kengeri (Opposite to RV College).
Its of 3700 sft and a corner plot. Me and my friend together want to buy that, but as two plots after splitting it.
First, can we split a BDA approved plot? Heard people saying that it's not possible.
If possible, what is the procedure to split a BDA approved plot?
Also, is 1600 per sft a good price for a BDA approved plot in that area, its 1 KM opposite to RV, behind the railway track.

You can jointly buy the plot and then apply for bifurcation.

Go ahead and buy the plot. But get the registration done as per your requirement of splits.
You can divide the plot into any no. of pieces, but he rider is that the frontage of the site, that which facing any road (in a corner site) should not be less than 6mtrs and also the divided plot should not be less than 50 sq. mtr.
This is as per CDP 2015.
Enter into an agreement with the seller in the same lines as of your final splits of the sites separately.
