I'm planning to buy a site in Anjanapura, 9th block. Do any of you have the layout plan of Anjanapura 9th block? If yes, please let me know though this forum or by email to

Also, anyone aware of any litigation in 9th block next to concrete mixture extension? This info will be helpful.

I am planning to buy 30x40 plot in Anjanapura, 9th block. Some are quoting 4.5k-5k/psft, near to concrete mixture. What is the current rate going on? Can you share your experiences so that it would help me in taking discussions on buying.
