Anybody from JP Nagar 9th Phase 7th block?
Area located beside lake, I want know what is the current site value there?

it should be between 3000 - 3500 /-

Anyhow I feel, it is very essential for owners of sites in this area to pay some special attention,
As BDA has neglected this area, No Tar has been put,no site numbers marked, even some private
Property is also in the middle of this block with some graves,

I am looking for a site in south bangalore. One of the agent showed me a 30x40 BDA site behind Nandi garden apartment and quoted 4800 per sqft and later told me 4500 is the final price owner would settle for. I was of an impression that rates would be around 3500 - 3800. what the agent quoted was a shock to me. Just wanted to share my experience.

Negotiate with the owner directly. Find a broker who will let you do so

Is it 7th block or 7th A block, raghuvana palya,
If you know exact site no you can easily find owners address, there is only 60ft road between this two blocks,
7th block is exactly beside Nandi garden and lake,

@Sandeep, 4500/- is too high for JP nagar 9th phase 7th A block (Raghuvanpalya ) and JP nagar 9th phase 7th block ( beside lake)...a year back transactions were happening in between 2700 - 2900/-.

@Mr Shankar, i recently visited this area ...BDA has cleaned all the bushes... now these blocks looks neat...also there is an apartment under cunsturction near Raghuvanpalya towards JP angar 8th pahse beside 80 feet road..hopefully BDA will soon tar the roads in these blocks.
