May i know the ongoing prices in the Anjanapura 7th Block..

Whatever the price quoted, Get to the owner of the site & nego & do not go above 1600, above that its not worth.

I spent 1.5 years with same mindset that I can buy the site with range Rs.1,500/- - Rs.1,600/-. In this duration, I spent almost all my weekends for this purpose. Finally, I bought one site in 7th Block @ Rs.1750/- in Jun, 2011. It is west facing site.

Now a days, if buyer mention the range as Rs.1650/- - Rs.1675/-, owner is not coming for discussion itself This is my experience...

I have seen one instance in 7th block. Owner was in a hurry to sell his plot. Local broker did the negotiation for Rs.1425/- - 1450/- & sold the same to Rs.1625/-. I did not show interest to buy that plot as some portion of rock extended inside the site.

There are some sites available for Rs.1,450/- - Rs.1,600/- in the series of site no 300+. But, not good for personal use.

Thanks for sharing you opinion on this layout. I am looking for 20*30 sites in the area of Banashankari 6th stage/Anjanapura. Since i got a offer from direct owners 20*30 site in Anjanapura 9th block further ext. I saw the block today and it was horrible. I could not able to find the site since no tar roads nothing. Could you please suggest which is the better blocks in anajanapura.

9th 10th and 11 th block are further extensions hence no roads. But compared to other blocks these are preferred because of the elevation and nearness to Bannerughatta road. May be in a year or two time when roads are done these may look far better than other blocks.

Thank you for your opinion. I got an offer for 10lk in 9th block further extension that comes close to crusher unit. Do you think this is the best price or what is the best price. And i am looking for investment. Any future growth on this area?

If you can pull it down another 50 K may be. How far from Quarry? It is going to close but may take few more years to completely close. make sure no rocky part comes into ur site. Other wise it is a decent deal.

It is very close to main road good think is no rocky....but now a days i can able to see in many classifieds in anajanapura 9th block people selling their 20*30 plot for 9 lkh with negotiable. When it compare to Anjanapura BSK 6th stage looks neat and good roads...

Very true BSK 6th is better than Anjanapura. Have been hunting for a site for quite some time now in Anjanapura, almost every weekend was spent in Anjanapura & one visit to BSK 6th Stage made me change to BSK 6th stg.
