I sincerely appreciate MUEEN's personal time spent for the association and the achievements. But we all need to work together for the betterment of the layout.
As a resident of the layout, how a tender changes my day to day life?There are so many tenders that never executed. So we need all of us to work together with continued support of MUEEN. And I am sure MUEEN doesn't need any post in the association to acheive this or he likes to have it.Once again thanks for all the effort

My posting may be long but you must read it.
I have gone through this blog’s recent postings (I could not follow regularly since I am in UK from Feb 1st week and continue to be here for few more weeks).
I felt really bad and very pain full to see some of recent postings. Many of these postings contains comments on individual persons, allegation and also indulged in abusing each other. This is not really acceptable and will ask all our mates to follow/maintain mutual respect while debating. Most of us are all professionals and I know, we will not like it and will stop following this blog further.
We have put continual effort to build this forum and AFERWA for current level and still long way to move forward. Because of this (AFERWA) we are in big numbers. Through AFERWA our voices are heard, we are in good positions (in getting amenities) and we are hoping for good days for Anjanapura Further Extension residents and Owners. To achieve this, AFERWA’s each and every member has contributed on his/her own way within their permit allowable limits.
We (AFERWA) also acknowledge, few of our AFERWA colleagues voluntarily offered their most valuable time and efforts to get the things done faster than expected during last 2months. We (AFERWA) have highest regards and recognized/honored for their contribution. We will also not forget to mention the help and support extended (towards getting faster process of Water and sewage projects by BDA and BWSSB) by our Member of Parliament Mr. D.K. Suresh.
Coming to the functioning of AFERWA, it is very democratic, working in predetermined way and very clean. Any decisions taken by AFERWA were discussed/debated during our Monthly meetings and after obtaining consensus of the presented members. Coming to key persons (Presidents and Secretary) of AFERWA, they are very experienced and retired from top Government public service positions. These persons agreed to offer their service to AFERWA only on demand and request from AFERWA members and other Office bearers.
My sincere request with each and every one is, this (Anjanapura Owners Association –AFERWA) is the highly followed/viewed blog among all forum in My BDA Sites web. About 55000 views and 500+ postings till today and any other forum is not even equal to 10% of ours forum. This is an indicator to measure, how many people follow it across the globe. People follow it up only because,
1. The topic/content we used to debate/communicate/exchange/help each other.
2. The decency and politeness we all have followed till today.
3. Knowing each other site owner may be some time our neighbors and socializing/discussing known or many times unknown issues.
4. To regularly follow up development of the lay out with concerned authorities to create comfortable livable conditions for all Residents of the lay out.
5. Our posting should be apolitical (AFERWA is not supported nor support any Political party). Please avoid these postings.
6. Healthy Debate/critics are always welcome, but respecting everyone view
My advice to Mueen: Please delete all of your posting in this blog from 7th Mar 2014 onwards till today. Also refrain from this blog commenting further. Please also do not post reply to this and just delete and I will talk to you personally.
Chandan: Please delete your 13th Mar postings immediately for good cause of AFERWA and Forum
Muralid: we agree with you AFERWA is not one man show and it will not be any man show.
Yes, I further confirm AFERWA is bigger force than any of its individual member.
Regarding educating about AFERWA functioning and power, we invite you to attend our monthly meeting and this will be held every first Sunday of the Month. Please do not signoff from this forum. Thanks Sreedhar for responding on behalf of AFERWA. This clarifies that any member cannot post messages by assuming powers of association themselves and everyone need to follow association bylaws and rules. Also, I fully support that Mr. Mueen and Mr. Chandan should delete their postings of the said dates.
