Dear LBSNRWA Anjanapura members,

Like we were discussing in our meeting on June 22nd, we have finalized the date and time to meet the BDA Commissioner.

Tomorrow, i.e on 25 June at 3 PM, we have planned this meeting with BDA commissioner Mr. Sham Bhat at the BDA office, Kumara Park.
Request all of you to come and join us.
Agenda : To discuss the current status of UGD( Under Ground Drainage) and 80 ft road to BG road.

Please join us in huge numbers, so that our voice is heard.

P.S: This meeting invitation is open for non-members too. Simply because : we may have 100s of associations, but we are all fighting for the same cause.

Hi,

I am planning to buy a house in Anjanapura 10th Block behind Recoup Hospital. Since I am moving with my family, I am worried about the Cauvery water availibility. Can someone living in the area please let me know if there is regular supply of water and if not what is the frequency of getting water.

Can someone please reply as soon as possible.

Dear ANJANAPURA RESIDENTS ,
Since Almost 4 months after the announcement of E-tender for Pipe Line and GLR for Further Extension 9,10,11 blocks nothing has happened until date,

The Proposal for Supplying of Water through tankers was ACCEPTED by BWSSB due to the Enormous pressure being put by HO'BLE Member Of Parliament Shri D.K.SURESH Anna for Supply of BASIC DRINKING WATER to the residents of ANJANAPURA FURTHER EXTENSION ,9,10 and 11 Blocks just after the Floating of E-tender ,

Almost since 4 months passed by there has not been any development with regards to Supply of water through Tankers nor 80 ft ring road Serious Issue of GAZZETTE Notification for Connecting of Bannerghatta road has been solved until 30th JUNE 2014 ,We were of the view that Other Association people who are Following up with the Government bodies shall help us out But our deadline of Patience was over 30th JUNE 2014,We also have few people stating that Promises were being made to supply Water Through tankers way back During UGADI festival ,But nothing is yet happening ,

Hence forth Our Newly Formed Association "LAL BAHADUR SHASTRI NAGAR RESIDENT WELFARE ASSOCIATION (ANJANAPURA BDA LAYOUT 1-11 BLOCKS)"Called upon a MEETING with HON'BLE M.P. Shri D.K.SURESH ANNA (BANGALORE RURAL CONSTITUENCY ) Yesterday 01-07-2014 and have Submitted a Letter seeking his Help to solve The Issue of supply of Drinking water through tankers which is long Delayed ,

Hon'ble M.P.Shri D.K.SURESH ANNA Has written a letter to BDA and BWSSB to solve the issue Immediately and Also stated that the Temporary Service of Providing water through Tankers should be taken up on Priority and Under the Supervision of Our Association for entire ANJANAPURA BDA LAYOUT 1-11 BLOCKS.

The letter has been Honoured By Chairman BWSSB and BDA Commissioner yesterday .

After a Breif Disccussion with BWSSB ,the Officials have clearly mentioned that There has been just 1 tanker available to supply and it is not sufficient to cater the Entire Area and Also they clearly stated that Private Tankers shall be a BETTER Solution ,Hence forth The EIC Mr.VENKAT RAJU has accepted to float Tender For tankers for which a Minimum of 21 days shall be needed,or an Alternative way also shall be accepted by him,

We have pressurised The Chairman to issue work order,But the file seems to be stuck in Technical bid yet ,We went a step ahead to get the file being kept for Technical Scrutiny meeting within this week after which Financial Bid shall be Opened,

Further to add he has very clearly mentioned that There is some issues with regards to 1-8 blocks water pipeline and has not given a Concrete Date for Supply of water through pipeline since fixing of wall and Other Testing needs to be completed from BWSSB DC works (projects) ,Only after is is handed over to MAINTENANCE he shall confirm the date to Supply of water through PIPELINE ,

We aso clarified and Requested the BWSSB Chariman not to delay water in future after fixing of walls for 1-8 Blocks later stating that there is not enough houses and As per BDA norms for which he has agreed but not given in writing ,

In PRACTICALITY ,We are left with just 1 option to have water through tankers and Hence forth we are Submitting a Proposal with BDA Commsioner to add ANJANAPURA BDA Layout 1-8 blocks until Permanent Solution through Pipe Line,

Further we are glad that our HON'BLE M.P.Shri D.K.SURESH ANNA has promised us to solved the issue of 80 ft Ring road Connecting Bannerghatta Main road on Priority and Also he himself stated that in a short while from now he Shall be Attending one of Our Association Meeting .

To add further to the misery of ANJANPURA BDA RESIDENTS ,we have got a CONCRETE news from LOCAL ANJANPURA VILLAGE panchyat EX- OFFICE BEARERS that there is planning from some govt officials for Dumping of Garbage BY BBMP to be shifted from MANDUR close to ANJANAPURA BDA LAYOUT, Hence forth letter to Hon'ble M.P.Shri D.K.SURESH Anna shall be handed over today for his quick Intervention not to allow Any such Dumping Happening hence forth ,

We call upon each and every Person/association to Join hand with us to make Anjanapura BDA layout a Developed place to live in with Basic Necessities and Infrastructure within a Short period of Time,if not a Long long wait for sure with each and every Government official just giving false promises and sweet talks .

Hi Mueen,

Shocking to hear that BBMP is planning to dump garbage near Anjanapura. This will become a life-long health hazard!

thanks Mueen for not letting the garbage to be dumped in Anjanapura. We certainly dont want that to happen, in any part of the layout .

And thanks for this overall update, Mueen.
Like we saw yesterday in BDA and BWSSB offices, there is a lack of co-ordination among BDA and BWSSB. We ( LBSNRWA ) spearheaded by Mueen's hard work are able to get them on the same page.

Thanks for your Appreciation Yet There are so many negative vibes against me ,,,and shall continue henceforth ,,

Someday People will Call me" THEIF "no doubt about this ,,,but yet my intention is True and Clear ,,,I have nothing hidden in my mind and My heart ,,It is clear ...i have no grudges against anyone ,,I have proved this by attending a meeting to join hands to fight water issues with Aferwa who were literally running pillar to post since 4 months,and i am glad to find out the real reason for the delay,,,

M.P.shri D.K.Suresh Anna has Authorised LBSNRWA to supervise Water activity programmes for entire ANJANAPURA 1-11 BLOCKS and I shall take this on Priority for one and All and See that water reaches to FURTHER EXTENSION IN A SHORT WHILE FROM NOW,also WAter connection to 1-8 blocks .

I WOULD NEVER GO AGAINST THE WISHES OF SHRI D.K.SURESH ANNA ,,,such is the RESPECT I hold for him,

I want to HELP and I have done Voluntarily without even taking single rupee from my any one investing my precious Time ,

Hence i call upon people to join us for a better infrastructure and develop area for better Living,,

I have immense pleasure in Stating that a Long wait for water supply through tankers has been solved by LBSNRWA(ANJANAPURA BDA LAYOUT 1-11 BLOCKS),

Finally BWSSB has Agreed to give 1 Tanker of 6000 ltrs dedicated only to ANJANAPURA FURTHER EXTENSION 9,10 AND 11 BLOCKS,

I Thank our HON'BLE M.P.D.K.SURESH ANNA Who obliged my request and Had a Tough talk with BWSSB official ,Had he not entered us this would not have happened,

Almost 4 months wait and once LBSNRWA (A BDA 1-11) Got Authorization for Monitor and Supervision of Water through tankers for 9,10 and 11 blocks ,It was My Duty as a PRESIDENT of the Association to Fullfill the Requirement of all the residents of Anjanapura Further extension ,

I am HAPPY that i could attend yesterday Meeting along with AFERWA people and actually find out the reason for delay in BWSSB,if not it would be another 2 months wait for sure with tenders Notification as per KTTP act the amount being more than 1 lakh Rupees,

We are Lucky that 1 tanker after almost 4 months has been sanctioned only for FURTHER EXTENSION thanks to HON'BLE M.P.D.K.SURESH ANNA ,

Further All exercise done by Aferwa for Negotiating with the Tankers has Gone in Vain ,Since Only After Tender Notification and Awarding of Work to Suitable service people by the BWSSB Commitee shall be taken up ,

I have pressurized the BWSSB Official to Sanction atleast 2 more BWSSB tankers for which they deny stating that they have 30 tankers for entire Bangalore,I shall not leave this matter at this step ,,,i shall continue my persual for sure ,,until atleast 1 tanker from BWSSB is given ,

Further to add to this ,,I appreciate the Approach from JOINT SECRETARY Mr.SREEDHAR ,And i have moved a Step Ahead to have a ONE ON ONE talk with Aferwa Joint Secretary and have made it clear that LBSNRWA shall be Front hand Association and Shall persuade the Government Authorities and it has been also clarified that Everyone shall join hands to fight the same common cause together whenever required,

Iam sure Aferwa or another newly formed small association 11 block or any other association should be happy with Free water supply through tankers to 9,10 AND 11 BLOCKS AT LAST,

SOMEONE DEGRADES ME OR DICTATES ME AFTER SO MUCH OF DEDICATION AND HARDWORK SHALL NEVER BE ACCEPTED BY ME ,I WANT TO DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR ENTIRE SOCIETY WITH THE SMALL OR BIG LINKS GOD BESTOWED ME ,I RESPECT PEOPLE WHO RESPECT ME , TALKING BEHIND AND NOT KNOWING THE FACTS AND REALITIES IS WRONG, YET PEOPLE TALK ILL BEHIND ME,,

Dear Mueen,

It very unfortunate to see some ridiculous comments over AFERWA and you stop dreaming yourself as big Association with the Name (1-12) and other are small since their no. of blocks are less.

You should stop claiming AFERWA's 5months efforts in getting the budget from Govt. of Karnataka via BDA for its Temporary water supply through Tanker for one year period to cover Anjanapura Further Extension (Only 9-11th Block). Rs. 35 Lakh has been released from commissioner to EE south and commissioner advised to EE south to Distribute and account the Water supply through AFERWA. Since AFERWA fought all the way to get it with the help of honorable M.P. Mr. DKS.

BDA south EE has released 1/4trh payment to BWSSB towards Tanker transportation charge for three months and the remaining will be released after utilizing previously released. This was done during 2nd week of Jun2014 and complete Process started on 6th Jan AFERWA met MP Mr. DKS and you were also part of the team along with AFERWA's President, secretary, other Office bearers and around another 25members.

All together in five months AFERWA and its Office bearers made continuous efforts to get it to this level and you have claimed your association has done this. I would like to say, you are very eager to claim the fame of somebodies effort. But it will not bring the fame instead it will defame you.

Coming to other points, we have discussed day before yesterday morning and when I made a call to you. The reason for calling you, you know very well and it was only get clarification from you since, we have heard, some negative activities about AFERWA. During my call I also mentioned, we should to pull our legs each other instead we should work together for common cause. You wanted AFERWA to be merged in your week old so called largest association. This will never happen, because AFERWA will be a politically motived or driven. We have also discussed many more difficult to write here. I would suggest, if you not agree with these details lets have a debate in open forum with our AFERWA and your 1-12th Association about your Association roll in getting Water supply to Anjanapura Further Extension with documents and I will represent AFERWA for healthy debate.


AFERWA is very well organized, 7year old with very well formulated By-Laws. It is only limited to 9-11 and never interested in merging with any association bigger association for any reason. It has got all required Resources and talent not dependent on any individual including me or President or secretary.

Non of AFERWA team is fighting/writing for individual fame or Name by claiming something false. Never think that you are a sole controller since you follow or frequently communicate with MP. MP is not only MP for you or he is also MP for us. I don't think Mr. DKS has asked you to unnecessarily to take on AFERWA, if you say yes then we are AFERWA is happy to meet MP and explain ground realities. Many people/residents of 9-11 are upset about your activities and some of those said today morning not to join with Mueen even if he gets "AMRUTHA" for us. when I communicated your idea of merging LBNSWRA and AFERWA. They also said please ask him to stay away and AFERWA is capable to get the things done in the official manner, even if it is bit late.

You should not forget you met MP very first time along with AFERWA team only and we also agree AFERWA got an MP appointment through your known person with your initiate.

Why can't you take challenge and get the Water for 1-8th block temporarily in tanker till service given by pipe line? leave 9-11 which is already in execution phase. We thank each and every one including you if they have contributed with AFERWA to get water to 9-11th block.

Both association should not indulged in non productive things and in unnecessary allegations, you lets concentrate on non 9-11 agenda and to avoid conflicts. We will meet together for common cause if required in future till then we should not make any comment which creates conflicts. Should not try to pull leg using politics to claim fame. Hope you will think in this regard will take this positively
