JP nagar 9th phase 7th block

Hi Everybody,

I want to construct a house in My Site in JP Ngar 9th Phase 7th Block, Beside the Lake,
But I think it is not feasible because of Poor infrastructure by BDA , till now no Tar has been put,
Lake has been left unattended, it doubt of safety in this area ,
Can anyhow suggest me pros and Cons of building a house there???

Till now not even a single house has been constructed in this block and I even never saw any
Owners visiting the site???
If any owner in this please reply, let us try to make this place better, by group approach to BDA..

One more good news is already govt has issued a tender notice for Anjanapura lake rejuvenation,
It's all because of tremendous efforts from nearly residents, Gurukul students and initiation of Mr Anand Yarwad...
