Owners of Anjanapura layout

None of the SMV blocks are loccated along but sufficiently away from the ring road. Recently there was problem of litigation in 1st block still number of sites are in limbo. None of the recent layouts are FILLED with decent amenities as claimed here.
The truth is all are developing which is a good thing. It is a long way to go.
Long run anjanapura has more potential to become a better layout.

I Agree with "pschidu". People has started constructing house @ Anjanapura. Last week I vistited the place.
I am expecting within another 2 year it will be fully developed.

It has more potential to grow than BSK6th Stage and SMV. Let, 80ft road complete by another 2 months time.

Bus terminal will be constructed in anjunapura 23 Guntas Bus Stations (1 Crore)

any idea which block or location in anjunapura

Most probably press release is meaning the bus stand near to Recoup hospital (9th block).
Where work has been started already.. Though not sure about this..

10th block it is bus depot & terimal already work is in progress.. (it is 3 acreas)

I got information from my friend who stays in anjanapura , It should be 5th block , (23 guntas ) , There is space alloted
by bda for bus terminal. (CA site N0 13)

Do anyone know about the civic amenities in Anjanapura 7th Block. Is the conditions livable, can we start constructing house ? What is the status on BWSSB water ?

A layout is not livable unless it has BWSSB sewage, water and electricity connections, in my humble opinion. Having tarred roads help quite a bit but not mandatory .
