Development / Review of Anjanapura BDA layout

Hi,

I am looking out for a 30 X 40 plot in 10th and 11th block. Based on the recent updates, what do you think is a fair price for a plot close to 80 ft road with good facing ?
Do you think > 3000 is too high ?

Greater than 3000 ? I don't think there has been a transaction involving 3000+ in Anajapura. That said, with the news that pschidu brought forth to the group - namely the 80ft road is going to be extended to Gottigere, the prices are expected to rise fast. The only missing link for Anjanapura was connectivity. The paving/fixing of road from Kanakapura and the 80ft road to BG road will solve that. With metro phase 2 coming on either of the layout, sky is the limit for the prices.

The 80 ft Rd from anjanapura to BG road is going to complete soon .. Anjanapura gets better connectivity,
pls update ongoing price in anjunapura ..
