Development / Review of Anjanapura BDA layout

Development has to happen one day or the other. it is just that it may not b suitable for living there immediately. But on that note none of them are!! (BSK 6th stage and S M V layouts). Only one thing they have better is accessibility.

Why is BSK 6th unlivable ?

I daily pass by Anjanapura 10th block on the Kembathhallil road which connects to BG road. Is this the road that is propsed to be widened to 80' road?

I feel BSK6 has got more potential for developmetn than ANJ, eventhough currently, there may be fewer houses being constructed, because -
1.it has 100ft road connecting KP road to Kengeri,
2.Nice entry/exit at BSK6-6th block
3. Two 80 ft roads, one of which is from KP road and merging to connect another 80ft road - leading towards Channasandra-Uttarahalli
Also comparitively - so on the connectivity front, it is very good
4. Sites are more levelled than ANJ
5. Upcoming apartments - Mantri (on BSK5), Shobha, Brigade, NPS school will fuel more growth in BSK6
6. As and when the Metro comes to ANJ, there would also be a spill over effect on BSK6

BSK6 is better than ANJ right now and that is why the prices are high there. The 80 ft road is not current road from BG road.

I have a plot in BSK 6th stage at 6th block near Sompura lake. Where is the entry to NICE road ?. Is it near the re-hablitation houses ?. Please let me know.

I paid hefty price for this plot. It seems I paid a good great premium price.......(as per my friend). What is the current price in 6th Block?

The NICE road entry is at place near 100 ft road intersects the nice road. recently I am hearing some fluctuations in BSK6 sites quoting up to 3K. May be the agents jackedup prices. But dont worry whatever is your investment is worth considering the future potential it has.

Metro 2 phase approved. Also gottigere to Nagavara line got approved. Good news for Anjanapura both the ways.Accessible from gottigere and from Anjanapura township.

Do you know where is Anjanapura township station located ? It seems to bend in from Kanakapura road.

I am hoping that it will b around Anjanapura village, which would b nearer to 2nd 3rd and 4th and 5thblocks. By looks of the map provided, one can safely deduce this.

Even I think there will be a station at the T road junction between 2nd and 7th block. This road is very wide and can easily accommodate a station.
