SIR, did you buy or get into contact with land owners ready to sell the site.? If yes please post the contact details. Is it safe to buy the site alloted to farmers .Pls let me know.

Land Owner share is realy risk, even if its BDA Site. Still Family Tree Singature is very important, some times Agents are introducing Famers and Buyers and at last stage... some person will claim for share in it. Very very RISKY.
