Extension of 60days for payment of full amount for kempegowda layout

We all know that BDA has extended last date for full payment by another 60days .Thanks MLAs Sureshkumar and Somanna for their valuable time and initiation which triggered BDA to take this decision.

Is this announced in news papers. I did not see this on BDA website.

We read in ToI that BDA extended timeline for payment by 60 days, but this information hasn't been published by BDA. So what is the exact situation now? Are there any updates from BDA directly about extending the dates, reduction in site price etc.?

there was no info about reduction in rate. But I have put this query in group, but no one is answering. No proper communication even from BDA.

No Reduction in the price. 60 days of additional time given to clear the balance amount.
Guys, You must remember, BDA is in very pathetic financial status.
It has already pledged several 100 corner sites to various banks to borrow loan of several 100 crores
to invest on its layout developments and infrastructure projects and also give monthly salary to its staff.
It struggled a lot to refund the initial deposit amount collected for the recently concluded KG Layout applicants.
So don't expect any charity from them.
