Where Can I get the Land owner's quota site details and know if any of them is ready resell their sites? Any Land owner's quota sites for resale in NEW KempeGowda BDA Layout? Let me know. We can form a group of buyers and approach land owners for good deal. Please share your thoughts if anyone is interested.

in case if you are aware any checklist which we need to validate before we plan to buy from land ower share BDA plot or is it same as a BDA plot like

Allotment letter
Possession letter
Khata
tax paid recipes
