To file objections-get rti appln from bda office or any book store. Complete the rti application with your objections and attach the supporting docs and IPO of rs10. Submit the objection appln at the pro at bda office and get the acknowledgement or outstation friends can send it by regd post.

Is it necessary to file objection in rti application form, coz I called them last week lady informed me, we can just write our objection in blank sheet with xerxo copies attached of necessary docs and give it to Public officer in BDA and get acknowledgement.

Yes you can do anyway. But for rti appln they have to give you info compulsorily,that's the advantage.

Hi All,

I got a post from BDA asking us to visit BDA office on 28th with related documents for issue raised by me for provisional list.
sites was not allotted in provisional list even with more number of previous attempts than who got site in the list.

Need to know if anyone got post and visited BDA office in person.

I got the information from BDA office (080-23318543) today, that they've already started refunding the unsuccessful applicants from 20th-Oct through RTGS. Pls check your accounts and confirm if anyone got the amount?

as per bda the refund has started from today!

Please let us know any one got the refund.

Guys , first list of payment for non allotees is out ( 1335 people got refund as on 3rd nov)
Check BDA site for list.
