Hello All,
Did any of you submit photo copy of application form to get refund? I am yet to receive refund and my name is not on the latest (21-Dec) refund list. I have applied for 30X40 plot.

Please share me how you got the refund when your name was not on the refund list.

Hi All,

We are happy to announce,NKGL welfare association met BDA chairman today and we given requestion on behalf of all allottees to BDA chairman,Mr,Suresh Kumar(MLA Rajajinagar,Ex-Law minister) lead our committee members...we will hear some good news in some day....

Our association meeting is scheduled on sunday(8/01/17) at BU campus food court,Janabharathi at 8 AM IST. We will be discussing the points we discussed with chairman and we will also in touch with banks for group loan facility for our allottess.Please attend meeting and make use of bank facility.

Points we discussed with BDA chairman....

1) Plot rate reduction
2) Staggered Payment for rest of the Amount for all allottees.
3) BDA needs to execute sale deed instead of “Lease cum Sale Deed”
4) Litigation free Layout, Blocks and Sites
5) Amenities and facilities of layout
6) Sigehalli waste treatment plant issue
7) Sample Case Study: litigation site allotted to allotees

Hi,

Phone calls to BDA may not help and will understand why when you visit them! I visited BDA office in Kumarakrupa road. There is refund sections for sites of different dimensions. Once you are there you could get your name checked in their list. If refund is yet not initiated following they advice:
1. Fill a printed Application (available at BDA ofice) where you need to mention Application No, Reg.No., your address and bank details.
2. Enclose Photocopy of the application
3. Photocopy of cancelled cheque leaf (for getting your bank details)
4. Photocopy of Identification Proof (like Adhaar/ voters id)
Once above is submitted, refund happens in 10-12 days to your bank account!

Dear All,

My name appears on the refund list (40X60) dated 12.12.16, but I'm yet to receive the amount. Is any one else also not received the payment? I have submitted my bank details by email & post, also my bank details appear on the refund list, but still not received the payment. Kindly let me know apart from giving bank details is there any other procedure to be followed to receive the payment. Its been more than a month after the release of the unsuccessful applicants list but I'm yet to receive the payment.

Awaiting a positive reply at the earliest.
