What next for allotees of KG Layout.

Called BDA 080-23442271 and dedicated KG layout number 080-23440480,Front desk lady tells it will take another 20 more days,Funny thing...Dedicated department hos also no update it seems ,The person answered call says"gotila sir,update yenu illa sir,wait maddi sir bekadre higer officers na meet maddi mathadi" last week they used to tell this month now their answer is gotila......Authority is keeping us in dark,no clue whats going on,At least they have to give official statement why its delaying being responsible authority,They must keep us updated.....its not noble cause,we are buyers,they should keep us updated on all latest updates.......

Dear All,

Delay of this first phase allotment is effecting the following major two things:

1] Refund is delaying because of this
2] BDA needs to call for another set of 5000 sites (May be this year we need to forget this). People waiting for 2nd phase paper notification.

Only this delay will help for allotees who are part of provisional list (Any how price is fixed and names also shortlisted. Only thing is we need to wait patiently). If they publish the list then allotees need to pay rest of the amount withing 90 days.

I am not understanding if they not consider all applicant for final list then they could have returned applicant money....They will consider only those who are in provisional list and those who filled objection....when rest is not considered why dont they give money back to non-eligible...

Yes, Monday 24th October, Post lunch so that Govt Employees and Private sector Employees can reach the venue, BDA KIOSK near the BDA Arch.

1) we have paid lakhs of rupees to an organization and we have the right to know the progress and why the list is not announced and Why keep the refund amount when they have not received any objections.

2) Deadline to be announced officially by BDA or at a local police station we will raise a compliant against BDA commissioner for Fraud and misuse of trust under the name of the organization. Imagine out of 700 Crore, 500 Crore has to be refunded.

Why BDA commissioner? In the BDA notification on the news paper it was Commissioner and DD was drawn in the name of BDA Commissioner.
Remember, Steel bridge flyover protest, like that this should be shared on whatsapp and facebook, Just like how you share - Emergency Blood Request, Free offers, celeb news on Whats App.

BDA Visiting hours - 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM,

Atleast many can visit with casual leave on that day.

500 Crore Scam on Initial Deposit Money by BDA in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout:
Lapse of Service by BDA, Collected money from citizens in the month of Nov 2015, a year ago. BDA is unable to announce final list of 5000 people even after reviewing the application twice, after collecting 700 crore from 30000 Applicants. This amount is interest free for BDA and has not communicated the applicants the progress of layout and deadlines to Applicants. BDA plans to invest revenue from sale of these sites to Steel Bridge even before the layout is completely formed and handed over to applicants. This report talking about the plots allottment for formers,they mentioned it will be decided by 15 days. Nothing is mentioned for common people.

Bda wants to distribute sites to farmers along with allotees. They will decide on this in the next 15days. So we too have to wait for 15days!!!

Anyways they have final allotees list and farmers list too...why they need another 15 days to take decision??? for every 15 days they will say another 15days.....looks like very big scam.....
