What next for allotees of KG Layout.

Can any one who visited the location please share a google maps location for block 5. I had visited last week and got lost for 2 hrs and not able to find the Phase one blocks..
There are four phases for the total sites in KG layout.
Current sites have been allotted in phase one which has 5 blocks.

Block 1, 2, 3 - Bettanapalya

Block 4- Bheemana Kuppe - (Challaghatta)

Block 5- Komaghatta - (Sulikere).

Hi,

Access to following Blocks:

Block 3 and 4:
Pass through Kommaghatta Village (After Kommaghatta Lake), left side we can find block 4 and right side we can find block 3. This access is very easy if you go via existing M Vishwesharayya Layout.

Block 5:

It has two access:
One From Mysore Road: Opposite of Udupi Upahar located on the Mysore road and one Big lord "Ganesha" gold color muruti (read in Kannada) installed at left side of the Bangalore Mysore road. Opposite to this one ARCH is there (Right side if we go from Bangalore to Mysore ). Enter the arch and pass through under the railway track and then you enter one private layout. After that you can find 5th block.
Note: After bandematta it is around 2 Km on the Mysore road.

Another access is From Vishwesharayya Layout (side of club house) and this road will reach "Archakara Badavane" (AB). there please ask people they will guide (Near AB BDA had started 6th block).

Block 1 and 2 :
This is towards "Kannahalli", Block 1 is totally not developed. Block 2 is developed at Ramasandra.

BDA Had developed 10 K to 12 K sites in blocks 3,4 and 5. They are allotting in these blocks only.

Hi,

Discussed with allotment section, they are telling hearing is going on for public who are raised against Provisional List.20 to 25 cases are resolving per day. So it is taking time. Probably we are not going to get final list in this month.

There is news going on that all the allottes in the provisional list are getting letters from the BDA to provide the Initial Deposit and Bank Details. Someone called up BDA and they said, if any person is not eligible,they will use this information to refund the money back to the people.

Is it initial deposit or receipt of initial deposit. Second is bank details.

Why they are asking for this information as it is they are having this information in the application form.
