Hi,

Recently i bought a site from an agent from community. Agent has paid Tax and betterment charges for the land before making them as sites and he has proper DC converted document as well.
Now i'm planing to go for Khata for my site, please confirm if i would be getting 'A' Khata for my site after submitting below documents

1. DC Converted document
2. A Khata for the complete land
3. Tax and betterment charges paid.

Hi Uday ,

You wont get A khata for individual sites. Govt has not decided how to deal with such situation.

They might bring these types of sites under Akrama Sakrama.
