advice needed regarding adjacent site

Hi,
I have finalized a 30x40 bda site and would be registering it within next two months.
I have one concern though, the site next to the site i have finalized(next number in the series) is a corner site of odd dimension and the actual mesurement of the site does not match the dimensions shown in the layout plan/correct dimensions sheet.

Will it in any way cause issues to me if I go ahead with the transaction. or is it an issue between the site owner and the bda/bbmp.

regards.

Hi Vikram Sharma,

check your site dimensions (physically). if thats correct and as per approved layout plan by concerned authority(BDA, bmrda etc..), take a legal opinion, have all latest tax paid receipts, Latest EC etc. and then go ahead with transaction. if there is any legal discrepancy, your lawyer will suggest whats best and go accordingly.

if site dimension of your next site does not match. its next site owner's headache.

best of luck,
