Where can we get Cement Pipe ??

Hi Friends
Where can we get around 4" Inch or 100mm Cement Pipes in and around West part of Bangalore, which were used in earlier days for Terrace Rain water Drain out or to the Bio Mass water Heater Smoke Exhaust Purpose ??
I couldn't able to locate this in any of our regular hardware shops as they sell only the PVC Pipes, which is not suitable for certain application, where Heat is the Constraint.
